Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD)
Westchester Institute for Human Development addresses major social and health issues by developing and delivering medical, clinical and support services to individuals, their families and caregivers.
Almost 5,000 individuals with developmental disabilities make 42,581 visits a year to WIHD for primary health care, specialty health care, dental services, behavioral health or behavioral psychology services, and speech and hearing services.

The Community Support Network is pleased once again to offer an annual conference on post-secondary transition covering topics ranging from employment options, inclusive college programs, social and recreational programs, systems navigation, self-advocacy, policy issues, and more.
