Members and Families Share Thanks

As we head into the busy holiday season, it’s often easy to forget to take a few minutes to stop and thank those who bring value to our lives. Care Managers are the backbone of LIFEPlan and work tirelessly to support our members and their families. We are deeply grateful to them for the work they do and know that they make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities everyday. So we say thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to all of our Care Managers and their families!
