Provider Fairs a Success
The Provider Relations team would like to thank the Provider partners who joined us for the inaugural Provider Fairs this year.
On behalf of LIFEPlan, we hosted a total of 157 Providers and nearly 500 Care Managers across nine fairs, including two shared with ACA/NY. Providers and Care Managers agreed that the fairs were an excellent opportunity to discuss programs and services, with many adding that it was nice to spend time with their colleagues in person.
We received tremendous positive feedback from those who attended and are thrilled to share that the fairs were a resounding success. Providers were delighted to be able to connect with so many Care Managers in their area, especially those they had not yet met in person. Both groups appreciated having a dedicated time and place to discuss services in detail.
Provider Fair highlights
- After the Utica fair, one Provider shared that they left with a list of 25 Care Managers interested in more information about a new program in their development.
- Several attendees at the Goshen fair agreed it was an excellent opportunity for Providers to connect with Care Managers and each other.
