Support for Families

LIFEPlan connects members and families to education and advocacy opportunities through its 60 person Member and Family Advisory Council, webinar events, weekly e-news letters, the LIFEPlan website, and social media pages.

The Member & Family Advisory Council gives members, parents and caregivers an opportunity to be the voice of LIFEPlan sharing their experiences and perspective to guide program and systems development.

Six regional MFA Councils meet 4-6 times per year to discuss important topics focused on LIFEPlan Care Coordination and other services, to plan educational initiatives and to develop advocacy.

Council Community – MFA Council members past and present who want to stay engaged, and be a part of the ongoing LIFEPlan conversation.
