For OPWDD HCBS Waiver and FSS Providers hosted by LIFEPlan
We invite you to take advantage of a networking opportunity where you can showcase your programs and services and meet face-to-face with LIFEPlan Care Managers and supervisors.
Each registrant will have table space, two chairs, and access to Wi-Fi. Please arrive one hour prior to the start time for setup. Light refreshments will be provided.
Space is limited. If you would like to participate in any of the events below,
we ask that you RSVP no later than one week before the event.
