As one of the two original founding members of LIFEPlan CCO NY and Chair of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our organization.
LIFEPlan CCO is a collaboration of more than 180 agencies and over 850 dedicated professionals serving over 20,000 members and families across 38 counties. While these numbers are significant, what matters most is our shared commitment to the values reflected in our Mission and Vision—choice, inclusion, and meaningful participation—which guide everything we do.
The days ahead will bring both opportunity and challenge. By working together, we will ensure that the evolution of care in our field keeps members and families at the center of service delivery, achieves high-quality outcomes, and ensures the responsible and effective use of public resources.
