PROVIDER NETWORKING EVENTS BY LIFEPLAN
For OPWDD HCBS Waiver and FSS Providers hosted by LIFEPlan
LIFEPlan hosts Provider Networking Events designed to foster collaboration and connection across the care community. These events offer a unique opportunity for provider agencies to showcase their programs and services directly to CCO Care Managers, supervisors, members, and families.
Whether individuals and families are currently receiving services or just beginning their journey, they are warmly invited to attend. These events provide a welcoming space to learn more about available supports, ask questions, and engage with providers and care teams.
Care Managers are especially encouraged to participate. These events are a valuable chance to meet providers face-to-face, explore service offerings, ask questions, and build relationships that enhance care coordination and outcomes.
Together, we’re building stronger networks to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout our communities.
If you’d like to participate in the upcoming 2025 Provider Networking events, register for the event in your region below. Additional events will be shared as they become available.

“This was the most amazing and productive networking event. My meetings with Care Managers and supervisors were extremely fruitful, and I must say that the level of care, knowledge, and involvement I witnessed was phenomenal.”
