Chris Pappis Awarded Prestigious AHEPA Heroes Medal

At LIFEPlan, we believe in honoring the incredible accomplishments of our members and the ways they contribute to their communities. This summer, we are proud to highlight the achievements of Chris Pappis, whose dedication and leadership earned him national recognition.

In July, Chris was awarded the Heroes Medal by the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) at a ceremony held at Walt Disney World. This prestigious award is given to exceptional individuals who demonstrate unwavering commitment to their communities.

Chris currently serves as AHEPA District 6 Executive Secretary and is a graduate of South Colonie Central School District, Class of 2003. His recognition reflects not only his personal achievements but also the broader mission of AHEPA — the largest and oldest American-based grassroots association of Greek heritage and Philhellenes. Founded in 1922, AHEPA continues to promote the ideals of education, philanthropy, civic responsibility, and excellence through community service and volunteerism.
