Be Inspired by this Trailblazer in Autism Advocacy
A new documentary on one of the most well-known people with autism, Temple Grandin, is now available on most streaming platforms.
“An Open Door” takes a look at Grandin’s life, including her contributions as a leading voice on autism, as well as her expertise in livestock handling. She has spent over 30 years teaching animal sciences at Colorado State University, and her different way of thinking and looking at things has changed the way cattle are handled. Grandin has also written many books and was the subject of an HBO biopic in 2010 that won an Emmy.
