2022 MFA Council Changes

Thank you for your interest in staying on the Member and Family Advisory Council! Here is a look into what’s to come for 2022 and the changes we have made to better inform LIFEPlan Leadership on member and family priorities.

• 10-20 members per region
• Signed participation agreement required
• No term limit
• Focus on participation, including but not limited to meetings
• Meetings not required, but encouraged

Participation includes:

• Advisory Focus Committee- Identify and make quarterly recommendations to LIFPlan Leadership
• Other Committees- Advocacy, Communications, Regional Leadership, Self-Advocates, New Member Welcome
• Other ways to participate- surveys, referrals, videography/photography, story sharing, support groups, other areas of interest
