July is Disability Pride Month and we want to share what makes our members proud! This could be starting a new job, graduating from a program, or helping out your community. If you have accomplished something lately that made you feel proud, we would love to share it!
Click here to fill out a form where you can send photos, documents, videos, audio clips, or anything else you would like to share! While we cannot guarantee that all submissions will be posted to our blogs or social media pages, we are hoping to share as many contributions as possible.
Included in the Social Media Participation Form is a consent form that is required for us to share your content. You can open and fill out the form through the link at the top of the page. Be sure to fill out all the information in the consent form and save it to your computer. You can then upload the filled-out consent form to the Social Media Participation Form.
