Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period

Don’t Forget to Enroll for Your Benefits

In preparation for our annual Benefits Open Enrollment period in May, we have scheduled benefit meetings later this month.  Our benefit year runs July 1– June 30.  Other than for a qualifying event (i.e., birth, adoption, loss of coverage, change in marital status), this is the one time during the year that you can make changes to your benefits if you choose to do so.  Review our Benefits Summary highlighting plan offerings for the new benefit plan year.

This year’s open enrollment period is considered “passive”, so if you do not make any changes to your current elections, they will carry over to the new plan year except for anyone who is currently contributing to the Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Employees that want to participate in the FSA for the upcoming plan year will need to take action and re-enroll through Paycom for the new plan year.

We are happy to report that there are no benefit plan changes aside from a minimal increase to the premiums.  We encourage all staff to review their current benefit elections, contact information, and beneficiaries to make sure you have the coverage you need for the new year and all personal information is up-to-date before May 31.  All changes will go into effect on July 1.
