January 14, 2021: Governor updates New Yorkers on State’s COVID-19 Response. 

As vaccines for COVID-19 become available, individuals over the age of 65 and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in residential facilities have been designated as phase one recipients of the vaccine, subject to availability.
