LIFEPlan celebrates while honoring its best

Over 600 LIFEPlan Care Managers and support staff gathered at the Albany Capital Center on September 19 to celebrate a successful year at the 2023 All Staff Conference.

CEO Nick Cappoletti addressed the crowd, recognizing everyone’s commitment to hard work since the inception of LIFEPlan, and noted the importance of making the lives of those in the IDD community healthier and happier. Following was Mary Beth Redmond, Senior Vice President of Care Management, who opened up the “One Team, One Dream” awards ceremony. In this formal part of the All Staff Conference, staff were nominated by their colleagues for the awards. The individuals honored were staff who went above and beyond their job responsibilities or made an extraordinary impact on Members’ lives.
